KSarge Coaching provides functional fitness for individuals and groups from a certified personal trainer.
Functional fitness trains people for daily life by strengthening muscles, improving cardio and flexibility. Sessions will last 30-40 minutes with enough variety to keep the body moving and learning. All training plans are modifiable for any fitness level.
